A reader, anonymous, writes (11 February 2008):

I got a screamer the other night. Well... very vocal to say the least. I could not help but think most of it was for effect only as I could not see how sucking her nipples could cause such extreme reactions and moans. Saying that, i dont know as she seems very highly charges to the point of actually looking intoxicated as she performed oral sex for like hours. Plus she keeps sending obseen texts saying things such as, "around my lips and down my throat" lol.

DoubleM agony auntOne more comment from Texas. I remember one older woman I dated back in the 70s - she was about 35 at the time, me about 29 - who was EXTREMELY vocal. It was something like, "Oh,oh,oh,oh" - on and on with every stroke, and finally, "Oh yes, yes, yes, oh Yeeeessss! Ahhhhhh!" It was so damn loud I felt that we were entertaining the entire apartment complex!

Well, it was her pad not mine, so I figured I didn't have to face the neighbors, and it was damn good sex for several months otherwise. But really, I would rather not have to deal with that much volume often. Most women in my life have been much more subtle, and it's a pleasure.

Moviefan agony auntIt really depends on the guy, some dislike it while other like it. Me for example i prefer to have one that is more vocal the sounds tend to turn me on more. But im guessing that i would also be fine with someone who was silent as well. But a lot of girls a very vocal so you are just unique, thats what makes life interesting its not a negative. So dont worry about it.

dapone 1 agony auntIf i were you i would not listen to your ex, sex means different things to different people,if your breathing becomes quicker and deeper, then you are reacting in a normal way and that should be good enough for your b/f,what ever you do, do not fake it, some people will know you are and that may cause you more problems in your relationship.

Just be yourself, do what you normally do and if some one does not like that, then show them the door, i once went out with a screamer and believe me it totally grated my nerves, and most of the time put me off.

Be yourself, do what is best for you, and to blazes with what any one else think or say,it your life enjoy it.

A reader, anonymous, writes (9 February 2008):

Well I don't blame you for doing something that isn't normal for you. I personally don't like a screamer, and I have yet to have one. at least the first time with a screamer, I think I would be to distracted and go limp.

Porn videos are the only place or time I've heard a screamer.

Now some may talk, but good communication before the act should be done, but this may not apply to all, especially the loud ones. I to breath deeply, and during ejaculation, I will moan a little.

A male reader, DoubleM United States +, writes (9 February 2008):

DoubleM agony auntSome women are very vocal, many are not. Most I've been with usually kind of moan quietly or make a variety of little sounds, especially when they near and reach orgasm, but it would rarely be noticeable in the next room or from the other end of the house. I'm not very loud at all myself, and whether she is doesn't matter much to me as long as I have some indication we are getting along there, so for me: either way. No big deal.
