some times girls are already broke in from (tampons, horseriding, swimming, atletics, sports). 16 is the legal age always keep that in mind and always use protection! for your first time take it slow and easy soon after a while you wil get used to it:) hope i helped

 There isnt really anything you can do yourself but when you do have sex for the first time take it slow and make sure hes gentle when you do it for the first and maybe second time and it shouldnt be painful for you.
