 While you're probably used to masturbating to get to orgasm as quickly as possible, that's what's been training you to orgasm fast. Unfortunately there's little you can do about it unless you start taking steps like wearing condoms (I hope you were wearing them anyway, but if not, you need to be doing that like, right now!) and training yourself to masturbate slowly and gently, stop before you feel the urge ejaculate, and start again. You have to retrain your body that sex and masturbation isn't a race to orgasm, you have to learn what it feels like when you're getting close so you can pull out of your girlfriend and calm down.
Also, are you SURE you're making her orgasm before you penetrate her? Are you stimulating her clitoris with your fingers or mouth before sex? Do you know what and where her clitoris is? If a woman has an orgasm before sex, she often doesn't care how long sex lasts because she's already satisfied.
