As long as your partner has had plenty of time to become aroused (several minutes of romantic conversation, kissing, touching, etc.), she should have enough vaginal lubrication to make intercourse comfortable. When sexually aroused, a woman's vagina becomes wet and can stretch to accommodate a penis quite well.
Take things slowly, and make sure that she is comfortable and enjoying herself. Also, please use a condom to prevent STDs (even if both of you claim to be virgins: you never really know), and possibly consider a second method of birth control, for everyone's sake.

 Girls are all different too, the length of the vagina varies from woman to woman and sometimes the parts do not fit so well, but some do....don't obsess over the size of your penis.....women expand to accommodate.....it is all in the movement anyway, not just the size that matters, really.
