I have a fwb. Met him thru chatting on msn. Not had sex but i give bj's when i see him. He txts me a lot. Everytime he's at a party or niteclub he'll txt somethin like would have asked u to come but blah blah blah. What is he saying? Is he waiting for me to suggest we go out?

This is called getting used, and he isn't inviting you out cos he doesn't want people to see you, he is probably ashamed. Have some self respect because otherwise a guy will never want to go anywhere with you further than the bedroom

No. He's not. "I would have" means "I can't really be bothered, but will make an excuse anyway". I'd be a bit careful how far you go with this guy. You'll walk into getting hurt.
