And he feels that if you were to one day be together he wants you to know what you'd be getting into. He doesn't want you to be dissapointed or to waste your time on him if this isn't something you're able to look passed. Please be cautious when talking to him about this. As far as what the other poster said about the best orgasm coming from a hand and not a penis, that is very subjective and will vary with each individual person. I for ex. have never been able to orgasm by a hand. Or a mouth..only a penis. But there are sex toys and other things you could use if you were to be in an intimate relationship with him.

A common criterion is a dorsal (measured on top) erect penile length of at least 2.5 standard deviations smaller than the mean penis size.[1] The condition is usually recognized shortly after birth. The term is most often used medically when the rest of the penis, scrotum, and perineum is without ambiguity such as hypospadias which is a birth defect of the urethra in the male that involves an abnormally placed urinary meatus (opening).
