No offense, but this sounds like a question from 50 years ago. All guys masturbate, whatever their orientation. And when I say all guys, I include married men. I have been married 20 years and still masturbate from time to time, and I know at least a few of my married friends do too. Anyway masturbating is NOT going to affect your orientation one way or the other. However your orientation will affect the fantasies you have as you masturbate. So stroke away!

 I can't say that i have ever thought of masturbating as a homosexual act. The main reason being is that you are on your own doing it yourself. Masturbation is something that probably 99% of the population has done at some point in their lives, and so the answer to your question is no masturbation is not classed as a homosexual act.
