 To answer your fundamental question - Taste is purely subjective.
Now let's break down your query into 2 parts -
1. The taste of your organ
2. The taste of the semen
At this stage I'm not sure if your question relates to 1 or 2.
Regarding 1. - If you keep it clean and well-washed, there's no reason it will taste bad. If, on the other hand, it tastes of day-old pee, you have a problem. Her earlier experience might have been bad, but you have to convince her you're different.
2. The taste of semen. I'm afraid there's not much leeway here. Yes, a fruit and salad based diet does lead to better-tasting cum, but it will never taste like vanilla ice-cream.  Certain things you eat can make semen taste better or worse.
Not that im an expert, but i do believe citrus (orages, limes, lemons) will give it more of a sweet taste while proteins (meat, nuts, eggs) make it more sour.
