Your first experience can greatly affect arousal, at least at the beginning. Over time, that might change as you are exposed to and experience hetro sexuality. It's okay to be turned on by something that you are not necessarily interested in doing yourself. If you know you are attracted to boys, you are attracted to boys. End of story. Don't worry.
