Is his attitude about having a foreign thing in my body, like breast implants or a baby, going to be a problem in our sex life?

A female Ireland age 36-40, anonymous writes:

I got a breast augmentation 3 days ago. I've always been flat and now I'm really looking forward to enjoying my new shape!

I'm still healing and quite sore... I haven't showed my boyfriend what they look like, and I won't until they start to look normal and bandages come off. But he's a bit weird about stuff... He swears he'll be ok with them, but right now he says he tries not to think about it because the thought of having a foreign thing inside the body makes him feel a bit yuck. Hes not trying to make me feel bad and he did support my decision brutal i also know that he is like this about intravenous needles and I remember we spoke about sex during pregnancy ... That thought freaked him out too. The idea of something (a baby) being inside.

Now I know it sounds immature, he's 32 and generally is very mature .. he just thinks a lot about how things work.

But I don't want him to be disgusted by me. Or again, put off if I ever get pregnant! What can I do? I've caught him staring at my chest and I know he'll be fine when I allow him to touch them once they've healed. But they won't soften up for ages!! Is this something I should worry about affecting our sex life?
