Maybe if both readers had researched heartburn as a sign of pregnancy they would find that yes it is a sign of pregnancy and usually occurs in the first trimester! please do more research in future!

 Like O connor says i would be a bit worried if it was too, every one has had heart burn at some point in their lives, and the answer to your question is not it is not a sign of pregnancy.

 is this a serious question? well if it was, id be a bit worried because both men and women would be giving birth??!!! heartburn alone is just heartburn, get a pregnancy test if you think you may be pregnant
