If you call that flirting.... then I don't even know what to say. I agree with Auntie BimBim - seems more like a Bully using "joking" as a way to be rude and crude.

My question is does he KNOW you are gay? I am assuming you are.
If he does, it might change the answer. He could be a bit flirtatious but he could also be innocently pulling your leg and just harmlessly joking around.
It is hard to tell based on this.
You will need to feel him out more to get more of an idea what he is thinking.
