Don't be so down on yourself. If you don't act like you like others, then people won't speak to you. Show a smile, be a happy person to be around, and people will respond to you, your weight has little to do with it.

That said, there is no reason to be overweight as a kid. You probably don't play outside enough, ever work out, and I can tell you are an emotional eater. I bet your mom comforted you with food when you were little. Put a picture on your fridge of a thinner girl (even one of you) in a bathing suit, and when you walk to the fridge or the pantry to amuse yourself with food, shut the door and occupy your mind with something else.

Keep a journal and write your emotions instead of eating them, and in time if you get some excercise cut calories you will soon be much thinner and healthier.

I am sure you are a lovely person, and like all of the rest of us needs some self improvement.

dragonette agony auntI know where you're coming from. I was 19 when I first kissed someone. At 16 having a boyfriend may feel like the most important thing in the world, but trust me, it isn't. There's so many other things you could do instead of spending all your time trying to find a boyfriend.

You should enjoy life, work with hobbies that you're interested in, spend time with your friends. This will build up your self esteem.

Nobody wants to be with a girl who doesn't love herself, who feels bad about not being thin and who thinks the world is totally ignoring her. But a girl who has her own interests, who doesn't take crap from anyone and enjoys every second of life is so much more interesting.
