A female United Kingdom age 41-50, anonymous writes:

Hey everyone,

Ok, I split up with my partner as we simply fell out of love with each other, we argued and we also didn't make an effort to keep our relationship alive.

As a result I am moving out of our shared home (rented) to start a new life in a new city, with a new job and hopefully meet new people!

Thing is, I am starting to get second thought's and I guess what can be called cold feet.....

I'm scared I will hate my new place, job etc.

And some days I think it would be easier to ask my ex to try again with me (I do still care for him, we dated for 5 yrs, he keep's asking me if we can start again)

Guess what I am asking you guy's is, is fear of change normal? has anyone split with their partner and had a drastic change of life after?

Sorry for the essay here!

absolutely. change is always hard but its how you deal with this change that makes it easier or not. but as far as who you should go with. ask yourself who you cant live without and who makes you the happiest.

good luck

God Bless
