writes:hi i was wondering if someone could please help me. i am 18 years old and in college. i have been talking to this guy i like and i would like to ask him out. he problem is i go to school in castleton and he goes to school in burlington. we both are from the same hometown but aren't home on he weekend all the time. i've also never asked anyone out and have no experience when it comes to guys and relationships or dating so i'm not sure what i should do.

reader, anonymous, writes (10 April 2008): if you truly like this guy then you should ask him out. don't worry about the long distance because you both are going to be home at some point. you should ask him when he's coming home and say that you should go do something and try to catch up on what's been going on. don't worry about long distance yet since you two aren't dating and if you do and things work out then it should work but i'ts just going to be harder but it doesn't mean that you can't do it. good luck :)
