I am a girl, 14 years old. i dont get my period yet and i am very skinny. i have small boobs. i dont wear a bra and my weight is 30 kg (66 lbs). i dont eat enough, 1 time in the day. i cant eat i dont know why.

please help! all my friends always tell me skiny skiny girl ha ha ha they make me hate life. please help me how can i have more weight?

Please answer me i am so worried.

Try eating 3 or 4 meals a day, but small portions each meal. You're sure to pick up some weight without making yourself so full that you're uncomfortable. But whatever you do, don't continue only eating one meal a day. That's not healthy for anyone. I would also recommend taking a multi vitamin everyday with breakfast. Have one of your parents take you to an actual vitamin store (not the grocery store) so you can pick out a good one.

You need to eat more to be able to gain weight. Try eating snacks 4-5 times a day, in addition to your one meal. Start small and gradually increase the amount you eat at a time; you'll have to train your stomach to accept food, as odd as that sounds. Make sure you're getting enough protein, and stay away from foods with lots of calories but no nutrition (potato chips, sweets).

Seeing a doctor or a nutritionist about this can't hurt, either.

If you're naturally that way, then try and eat more small meals throughout the day, gradually making them bigger.

If though you've made yourself that way through an eating disorder then try to get some help from an adult you trust or a professional.

YouWish agony auntEAT more than one meal per day! You're really damaging yourself this way and sending your body into starvation mode. You need adequate vitamins and minerals and calories, which isn't a bad word! Calories to you are like gasoline to a car.

If you're having issues about eating, you should talk to your parents and maybe get some help. Anorexia is a serious disease that can kill you.
