writes:i really like my cousin. hes not my blood relative cousin. my friends think its weird anyway i want to tell him how i feel about him but im a shy person and its so hard when i see him i always look my best and try to drop hints that i like him example i laugh at his jokes and say he was great at whatever he did. he sometimes looks at me and smiles and im not sure what that means. i don't care if he doesn't like me i just need to tell him.please help

He already knows you like him; because you smile at him and laugh at his jokes. He knows every-time he comes; you are very nice to him, and I'm sure he likes you too. He may not like you in the same way, and maybe he never will. Being nice to him says a lot without words. Hang out with him as much as you can when he's over. Invite him to take a walk through the neighborhood. It will get his attention.
Until you're both a bit older, maybe telling him you like him might not mean too much right now. He might not want you to like him in that way, and it will feel awkward when he visits.
