And she's always saying that she's meeting pretty or hot guys, but when I say that I think that some girls are pretty she gets upset with me... I don't know what to do... help please?

I would say it is obvious she likes you ... maybe her talking about all these hot guys she meets could be her way of finding out if you like her, depending on how you react?
