Start up a conversation about a movie you would like to see. Then see how that goes and then ask her if she would like to go see it with you.
Or just ask her if she would like to hang out some time, or perhaps go out for a few drinks one night.

 If you like her, just try to talk to her a bit and find out more about her. If you find out she's straight then maybe try not to get too attached to her, but if she seems to be bi or gay then see what happens!
