 It is 100% your boyfriend's baby. You had the one night stand in April, then you had your period after that - so it can't be his baby. You only had sex with your boyfriend after that last period before the baby, so ONLY HE CAN BE THE FATHER. No tests are needed. The father is the one you had sex with AFTER your last period before you found out you were pregnant. THERE IS NO DOUBT WHATSOEVER.

I think you are most probably carrying the baby of your fella.
Because after you had sex with the one night stand boy, you got your mense after that. As far as i know, all his sperms must have been removed out of your body in form of the discharge what we called ''mense''. Usually menses washed away all the sperms in your body. On top of that if it was his baby you would not get your mense at all because the ovum would have been fertilised right away.
But to be more sure, i think you can consult a doctor for that by matching the baby's blood with your fella. i think that is the most appropriate way because we never know it might turn out to be the one night stand's baby. Its nature you know. Everything is possible.

 Well if you had a one night stand in the middle of April and you gave born in the middle of February, therefore that is ten months, so if you do the maths then the one night stand cant be the father if there was a gap of ten months, it sounds like you concieved the child in may sometime, probably after your period.
If you were having doubts does that mean you had unprotected sex with both your partner and the man you cheated on him with? If thats the case, then i think you should go to a G.U.M clinic to get tested for STI's if you havent already done so. On average one in three people have an STI which is a high percentage and some of these infections can lead to you being unfertile or extremely ill.
