I'm just 18 and I am so embarrassed about my body! How do I deal with this?

HI everyone i just truned 18 and im so embressed with my body i am getting married in may and and feel uncomftable about it.....i have stretch marks all down my thighs and it seems like they are getting bigger and darker, and i have them all up the side of my stomache which they started when i was 3 months pregnat on my forth month i lost my baby but can any please tell me a safe way to get rid of them? And another problem i have is i am 5'2 and i weigh 130lbs i just started to gain the weight i was 100lbs befor i got pregnat and now i am 130 and it seems like the weight is still pounding on and i dont like it does anyone know how i can loose it?

LoVe_Is_ReAlxxx agony aunthi. im a young mum to be with awful stretch marks. i have tried all the creams and nothing works. at 15 i find my body embarrasin but my boyfriend loves me just the same. i understand that stretch marls are part of parentin if u r unfortunate lol. you say u have been puttin on weight since u got pregnant and lost the baby. this may be due 2 depression or it may be as your hormones were all over the place. u do tend to put on weight durin pregnancy.

for the first problem go to the sckin dr he will have a good advice for you,

and for the 2nd problem ,dont eat junk food and some sport will do.
