 As we 'grow up' we have to come to terms with a whole range on new and confusing feelings, this attraction to your friends mom is one of those things, but its something u need to deal with, and the BEST way of dealing with it is to understand its just part of growing, and not to try to initiate anything, it can hurt everyone concerned, will be incredibly embarrassing and probably cost u a mate.
Don't get hung up on this, the feelings will blow over, but definately don't try to follow your feelings, it won't be a good ending.

 Oh for goodness sake!! grow up of course you shouldnt. You will hurt her and most certainly hurt your mate if he finds out. I would also look at why you fancy her, you are not exactly complementry to her are you???
