Age has nothing to do with it - although if it's the tightness/enlargement/movement thing then it's far more likely to happen to someone of your age than someone older. Any or all of the other problems can happen at any age. You really MUST go to the doctor in case it is something that does need treatment. Leaving it for too long might be very serious. Sorting it out early before it becomes a real problem is essential.
Don't be embarrassed to see the doctor. He's seen it all before, erections and all. He knows exactly what it's like to be your age and how easily a sixteen-year-old gets an erection. Honestly, it's nothing to worry about. You never know, it might be a female doctor!

See a doctor.
Movement is normal, and what you are experiencing might be simply a little more-than-average movement combined with the natural enlargement of the testicle and a tightening of the skin, both of which happen during arousal and increase as you approach orgasm. If your orgasm is fairly intense, then the sensation may be pretty much as uncomfortable as a sharp kick in the balls.
But it needs to be checked. It could be a cyst that's causing the pain, or a problem with the blood vessels (which has a long medical name that I've forgotten), or even a tumour. If it is somethine nasty (which is unlikely), then it needs treating sooner rather than later. If it's not anything nasty (which is far more likely), then firstly your doctor can reassure you and secondly it can probably be sorted our fairly easily.
