When you go through puberty, especially after you get your period your hormones rage so much and sex is a main issue. You want it badly but you need to realize you're much too young for this, and should probably discuss this with your boyfriend...its unhealthy and sometimes giving birth too young can lead to death:(

First time sex can be painful and there slight bleeding too. I suggest you wait a few more years before you do this. When the time comes, make sure you're on the pill (at 11, I believe you need a parent's consent to get anything like the pill) and that he uses a condom.

1) make sure your bfs wearing a condom.
2) don't do it until you have a steady period so that way when you have your period have sex between 12-17 days after it to make chance of pregancy with sperm contact only 8 percent. Condoms only prevent pregnancy about 75 percent of the time so if you follow the 12-17 day rule and the condom rule you only will have less than a 1 percent chance (about 0.87) of getting pregnant.
This is to do with the period flushing out the egg and a new one being replaced that only last 1-8 days. Truthfully I don't see the point of having sex with a 11 year old bf who has a 4 inch cock and cant even make sperm, if hes lucky some semen.
