 Did he put anything on your body, sweetie, like a lubricant, or was this something expelled from your body? If it came from your body, he might have penetrated your hymen, which is a mucous membrane inside your vagina, or caused some trauma to surrounding tissues. As long as there's not continuous bleeding, you shouldn't worry.
