It is very simple you cannot ever date your best friends ex no matter what it will destroy your relationship with your friend trust me on this.But if you want to take that chance be prepared for alot of drama

d4u04 agony auntI think you should talk to your best friend about her feelings if something were to happen with you and him. As for the boy, maybe you could get a friend to ask if he likes you? It sounds like something a bit childish but it works!

Or alternately you could maybe text him if you have his number? or if he has an online profile such as myspace, maybe ask him on that? It's a lot less scary to tell people you like them online.
