I did this when I was traveling Australia and my bf was at home, I felt he wasn't being completely honest with me. So I logged into his facebook and low and behold I saw mgs from another girl calling him out of it for not telling her he had a girlfriend in oz! When I questioned him about it he admitted he had met up with her, he never once gave out to me for logging in as him cause he knew he was in the wrong. So I know a lot of people are against it...privacy and all that, but if I've nothing to hide then I don't mind my boyfriend being in my facebook or reading texts! Everyone is different though!

If your girl tells you not to, then I think you should respect her decision, and stick to it.if you're worried that she's hiding something, why don't you ask her why she won't let you have a look?!it's easy to assume a trust issue, but you know what it's like - when we're told not to do something, we tend to do it anyway.I'm not sure what your situation is, whether you want to look out of lack of trust, or just curiosity? but just reassure your girlfriend that you trust her, and are just interested in her life
