At your age there is nothing you can do about this. Once she moves, you can stay friends if you want to ... stay in touch by email and IM or even on video phone over Skype or something if you both have it ... but your romantic relationship will not survive that distance.
Ten years from now it would not be a problem ... just jump in your car and GO. But for now, that distance really is insurmountable.
So if her mom takes that job, get together, cry together, have one great evening together, kiss goodbye, and know that you will always remember one another and will always wonder what things might have been like if only you had had more time.
And if you stay in touch, invite her to your college graduation! I'll bet she'd come if you're still writing by then. This may be the end of a romance, but it could be the beginning of a life long friendship, if you want it to be.
