writes: Right bit of a problem here. Now as you all know it is soon to be Valentines day and I have never had a bf on this date. Thing is I've recently (last week) got together with one of my close friends who is a good 20years older than me. Now I don't know whether it would be too soon or too over the top and cheesy to get a card or a present or to even celebrate the day. On one hand I really want to make the most of this opportunity but on the other if he doesn't get me anything I will be mortified! What should I do? Would appreciate any help other than buy something and hold onto it to see if he gives me anything first. Reply to this Question

why not just get something simple for him...like a card you made yourself...
