 Personally I think it is really hot but there are alot of issues that can come up. If you two ever broke up or were mad at each other it is so easy for something like that to get on the internet. I know you probably think that it wouldn't happen but it could. If you do make one I think that the only fair solution is that you both get a copy and don't keep it saved on any computer. I would keep it away from any device conected to the internet, so you could use a dvd videocamera and just play it on the dvd player.
It's not weird at all there are just risks involved but if it's what you want there is no harm in asking. You know your bf better than anyone here. Also remember that even if someone else does see it it's not the end of the world.

 Well try dropping a hint next time you talk. At worst he'll think it's a bad idea. It more likely he'll find it a huge turn on. Just a word of caution though - don't give him a copy. Sex tapes inevitably end up on the internet.As to whether it looks weird, it depends from person to person. If you are comfortable with your sexual self you may even enjoy it.

 If you trust him enough to have access to a video tape with your naughty bits on it, then by all means go for it. My bf has tried forever to get me to do a sex tape (i say no). Your boyfriend won't think it's weird. I'm sure he might even be thrilled by the idea of watching the two of you in the throes of passion.
Just so you know, most sex tapes do have a way of walking "themselves" to the internet.

 I don't think it's weird and I don't think he'll be against it (he's a guy). With that being said, I don't think it's a good idea. Sex tapes have a tendency of getting out leaking onto the internet etc., so I suggest if you do make one..keep the copy (only copy) in your possession at all times.

 Everybody is different and everybody has there own opinions so just ask him, the worst he can say is no. There are plenty of couples who tape themselves so that they can watch it together at a later stage, however in saying that there is also plenty of people who wouldnt be comfortable watching themselves due to confidence issues. So just suggest it to him and see what he says.
