A reader, anonymous, writes (20 October 2008):

My guy and myself have not been having sex for the past 2 months. We did not even have time to meet for that same period of time.

We met a few days back and I was puzzled when he lasted longer during sex which is not always the case. He always comes very fast even when we have had frequent sex.

Is he sleeping with other women behind my back?

I'm not doubting him but correct me if I get the facts wrong. The more frequent a guy have sex, the longer he'll be able to hold his erection. And the fact that we did not meet let alone have sex the past 2 months posed a question mark. And the fact that his erction always lasts less than 5 mins even when we do hv sex at least every alternate days, puzzles me.

Ive had this problem. Nearly every guy does.

Solutions that work for me

1. Make sure that you and your gf really work yourselfs up before sex. Make sure you are both in the mood and really turned on using about 25 mins of fourplay. Then when you feel ready continue sex as normal. When you come you will loose your erection for about 20 seconds and then becuase you are still worked up it will come back

2.If that doesnt work then have your girlfriend ("toss you off so you come" then relax for a couple off minutes and then start have sex once in the mood.

3. avoid masterbating. Top up all your cum and when you cum during sex, it will be asier to stay hard

THESE ARE JUST WHAT WORKS FOR ME THOUGHT YOU COULD TRY EM DONT GET STRESSED OR WORRIED ABOUT IT THIS HAPPENS TO EVERYONE, SEX IS A LEARNING CURVE

You can have masturbation 30 minutes before sex. I tried this and it works nice. But, please don't tell it to your partner. Also, u can lick and suck the clitoris of your partner to give her the orgasm before u enter into her.

A female reader, Cherriepie United States +, writes (15 April 2008):

Cherriepie agony auntIts true that guys get soft just after cumming. and its normal. But I can recommend this..sustain the erection a while longer. And the longer it is erect the longer it stays erect. When I have had sustained foreplay with my guy, he doesnt lose it so quick after cumming and justs rests up while still being hard and we go another round...maybe two. But if we have a quickie without so much foreplay, i do know he will lose the erection quick after coming.

If you dont have the time for long foreplay try a blue pill...
