Solutions that work for me
1. Make sure that you and your gf really work yourselfs up before sex. Make sure you are both in the mood and really turned on using about 25 mins of fourplay. Then when you feel ready continue sex as normal. When you come you will loose your erection for about 20 seconds and then becuase you are still worked up it will come back
2.If that doesnt work then have your girlfriend ("toss you off so you come" then relax for a couple off minutes and then start have sex once in the mood.
3. avoid masterbating. Top up all your cum and when you cum during sex, it will be asier to stay hard
