 If you think you are ready, then go for it.. But keep in mind just because it is prom, doesn't mean you have to have sex.
Also, make sure you use birth control and include condoms with that as well unless you feel you' are ready for the consequences of having a baby or std or both. and also keep in ind even if you are using birth control, does not mean you cannot still conceive a child.
On a side note, isn't prom in may or june? It's only november.. or do different places have prom at different times?

 If you are ready then go for it.Get a nice hotel and spend the night together in eachothers arms. Take it very slowly that way you will enjoy it more.Have fun at the prom
