Recently, he called me, telling me he liked me, and asking me, whether I want to be with him or not, I do admit I like him too,and I want to accept him, but the problem is, we are cousins. But even so, our families arent that close, we just met at my friends house recently and later that night he called me about this. What should I do?

As long as they don't have children together (due to the high risk of deformities).You are both gay men so its not like you are going to have kids together. So you are not hurting anyone.My advice.. If you like him go for it.
