i feel the same and all I can say to you is if there is no one you see you like yet you shouldn't feel left out you should wait till you find someone you like, you should also try and look for someone who is a bit like you

 I know exactly the feeling you have as it's something I had up until a while ago. You so desperately want to find someone to love that it hurts right?
However, actively looking for someone invariably makes you look desperate and that is not helpful. Also, just going out with anyone in your school probably isn't going to give you this amazing relationship you desire. You go out with someone for a variety of reasons, but mostly in summary it is because they take your breath away or you find them very interesting. Believe me, no less than three times (since i've been at university) I have found someone who does exactly that and on all occasions they were instances when I was not expecting to meet someone. It will happen, unfortunately its just a waiting game we all have to play. If you find that you like someone, ask them out!:-)
However, another thing to remember is that at your age, it is quite difficult to have the love that exists within an adult relationship. I'm not saying its impossible but at 10-12 years old, it is more likely to be infatuation with the other person than anything else.
