sometimes you say he is stress from job and sometimes he is not attracted.
i think you should go slowly on this.
focus on your problem,try to know the reasons, understand his feeling and his stress, and try to solve these issues.
you want more love and sex, but you need to understand you are married to human not machine, so you need to talk with him, and make him relax, maybe he's under a lot of pressure at work.
talk to him, show him love, and tell him what you need.
you need to identify the problem first and then solve it.
if he is under stress, you need to make him relax.
