It was silent and I thought he was sleeping so I peeked in to look and forgot to knock (worst mistake ever) I opened the door and he was masturbating while on his phone. He looked up and then I quickly shut the door and walked away. For the rest of the day we pretended nothing happened and didnt talk about it at all. He left and it was pretty awkward and I never wanna see him again because awk. Should i talk to him about it? or should I just pretend I never saw anything?

 If you love your cousin, and you want to keep a good relationship with him, I think you should clear the air by apologizing to him for walking in on him without knocking. Then let it go. Make a blazing promise to him and yourself that you'll KNOCK first. It's simple house courtesy and will clear up any eggshells you feel around him now.
Don't get weirded out! You wouldn't feel the same way if you had walked in on him using the restroom or jumping out of the shower or getting dressed.  Yeah, as awkward the episode was ,- there's really nothing ro " talk about ". These things happen . Have you ever walked into a bathroom occupied by someone who had forgotten to lock the door ? have you ever been the one who got walked in and got caught with your panties down ? as embarassing as this is in the moment, and makes you feel like you want to disappear from the face of the earth, generally this sensation fades within minutes. It's not like anybody was doing something weird or perverted or illegal. Your cousin too, he is a normal boy of 15 - just responding to a call of nature, taking care of a physiological need ( although a different one from that of a person in a lavatory ). As for you, you weren't intentionally spying on him with the intent to invade his privacy / monitor his sex life. It was a misshap.Nothing really " happened ". Just next time you are sent to fetch someone who's behind a door-just always knock first !

 To be honest, most (not all) people do it and yes, it's awkward to walk in on it, but he's your cousin and the awkwardness should pass in time if you both acknowledge (to yourselves) it happened, accept how awkward it was and let it go :)
