 She is still a virgin because she hasn't had sex! The hymen when it breaks can vary on how much it bleeds. Just because this has broken does not mean she's not a virgin. There is a chance you could of broken it, or she could of broken it along time ago.

I know your curious but gez... do you know how fast something as little as touching her private areas can turn into having sex and then god knows what will happen after that. Could get an STD, get her pregnet. Many things could happen that would change your life and hers forever. Its honestly best to wait on this until your married. It will mean SOOOOOOOOO much if you wait. I tell you, its the best sex you will ever have because there is a special bond between you and that person, and not just LUST. Think about what your doing before you do it. Its not Sex until you actually do the deed. finger is foreplay like i said before leads to something else before you know it, if you don't watch yourself. But you are far to young to be doing this kind of thing. Watch videos, read a book ask your parents. Just watch your back! Goodluck!!!

Normally the skin that breaks when a girl loses her virginity is further up her vagina, but this could of happened, but splitting the skin can happen easily through such things as horse riding, or riding a bike.
If she has started her periods the blood could just be from that or could just be there as a normal part of her.
The spot you named could be any part of the vagina as it's full of lumps and bumps. Look on some web sites at the womans anatomy and have a look as to where you think you touched. I don't think this is anything to worry about and until your girl has sex she is still a virgin.
