 I think u should ask around to see if she's interested for instance ask one of her mates to ask her if she's interested but tell them not to tell her tht u asked. Hope it helps me being a 13 year old girl i am naturally flirtatious.

i think that if she likes you she would flirt although she could be flirting with you without meaning to do it as some girls it just comes natural to them and dont often realise but she could just be being friendly.
you should try hinting a few things and see what she says and then decide what to do.x

 well she would proberly treat you different from other freinds like hug you more talk to you more stare at you more, things like that. there is always stareing thats mainly how you can tell also some girls do get shy about it so they cant face you much but how ever other girls dont and will always want to spend time with you and will not take their eyes off you.but if she does fancy you give it time and you will find out she may tell you or some one else will tell you.

 Girls can be generally flirty with out doing it on purpose, so talk to her don't scare her off i doubt you'll be looking for a serious relationship at your age, but carry on with the conversation and see how it goes from there .
