i Know how u feel and i agree its hard but given time it will pass, u may feel this way now but as usual feelings as well as people change hope this helps

 He doesn't have any respect for you or his girlfriend. If he did he'd never have slept with you in the first place or he'd be willing to break up with her to be with you. You did absolutely the right thing in giving him an ultimatum. I think the problem is that you assumed he'd take your side and he hasn't but these things happen for a reason, probably because a guy who will treat you with more respect is right round the corner. Stop wasting your time on this loser. Honestly, you can do so much better!
