All her colleagues were looking at the flowers etcShe was very excited all day and was asking guys did they send the flowers? She also asked me but I said "no".My question is: I really like this lady but what are my next steps?

Goodluck with everything. You sound like a sweet guy! Oh dang, I just saw that Kay Kay suggested the clue notes, too. Majority rule: you're sure to have her!
