 This isnt fair on either of you you need to sit your ex down and your exs friend and find out what is going on. but talk 2 them on their own talk to you ex first ask him why he has fallen out with you he may still have feelings for you and may of got a bit jealouse. But you need to find out why he did this also you need to talk to his friend ask him why he asked you out noing you have recently split up with you boyfriend
it wasnt fair on you or your ex. You need to make sure it gets sorted out between the three of you though best of luck xxx

 well all you can do is ask him why he is faling out with you when you havent done anything wrong, infact surely you did the right thing here by saying no, shouldnt he be feeling happy?? Maybe he is just jealous that his friend is showing an interest in you and maybe he doesnt know how to react to it so this is the best way. But trying talking to him about it and see how he realy feels.
