 I think u should just ask him out for a drink or something but try not to make it seem like a date and if things go well casually ask hiim out again and if he likes u too he'll be just as happy 2:)

Are you friends with this guy, or don't really know each other? If you don't, like everyone else says, just invite him out and see how things go. If you do know him, don't say you "love" him but just kind of say you think you have feelings for him. I guess some people won't agree, but I don't like harboring feelings for friends, and if you're friends, it might be awkward for a bit but I don't think it'll ruin the friendship, might even get stronger.

 are you sure you love him. it seems like you don't know him all that well. but if you really do love him I think you should ask him out and then after to you date him for a while and are sure you love u him then you can tell him that you do but until then I don't think you shud be too forward. it might creep him out.
