 It is not affirmative that he is sraight, he could be gay. I guess you should try and find out by being friends with him. Maybe he will give you some hits that he could be gay.
Are you 100% sure that he had sex with girls??. Maybe he has not yet found out that he is gay because he possibly counld be in denial of his sexuality. Even if he did have sex with girls, that does not mean that he is not gay. I know gay people who had sex with girls before they came out of thier closit.
