Use a free web-site like caloriefreak.com to count your calories consumed per day and record your excercise.

Loosing weight is a simple math excercise, you have to keep your calories at a level below what it takes now to maintain your current weight...

Do not eat any foods with high fructose corn syrup in it, like candies, in some prepared spagehetti sauces, fruit juices and lots of other foods, read the labels. It is in peanut butter except for the natural peanut butter, it is in crackers, cookies, cereals, snacks etc.

High fructose corn syrup interferes with a naturally produced hormone in your body that signals your brain that you are full and makes you feel hungry...cutting it out totally will do wonders for your hunger pains.

Between meals snack on as many veggies as you want, like carrots, or have an orange or an apple.

Eat soup, and practice a thing called volumetrics, make your food bulkier without adding calories so that it fills you up. Instead of having a sandwich made out of two slices of white bread, two slices of meat and cheese, mayo have one made out of whole wheat bread, lettuce, tomatoe, bean sprouts, green peppers, a slice of meat, cheese, and no mayo. You now have a bigger sandwich, haven't added any more calories, and can probably get by with eating half of it now instead of the whole thing as it will fill you up.

Excercise is key to loosing weight, do at least 20 minutes of cardio every day, and start lifting weights, muscles weighs more than fat and will burn more calories in your body if you have a greater ratio of muscle to fat.

well i lost 38lbs cutting as much sugar and salt out of my diet. when i go grocery shopping i always look at the food labels befor putting it ito my cart. u need to watch for foods that are high in trans fat and saturated fats. these are the bad fats u need to cut out of ur diet. eat foods that are higher in protien, fibre, and remember carbs are ur friends. i also did high energy pilates twice a week.

eat 6 small meals a day, that way u wont be hungy all the time u will actually be full most of the time. its hard to cut crapy good food out of ur diet but after a couple of weeks u will not enjoy the taste anymore

good luck
