 ok when you see a girl looking at you and you turn then look at her and she looks at you again.or she was still looking..then thats a sign..if you're walking around she'll keep a close eye to know where you are going and to see who you are going to talk to. oviously if she flirts with you or touches you in any way she has some interest. and just because they LIKE you doesnt mean they want to have a relationship..i guess it all depends..
oh and what ever you do dont listen to what the other guys posted "ask or youll never know" i am a girl and if a guy would ask me that..i would go speechless(kinda disgusted) and kinda make an excuse or say "yea you're ok your nice ect." the girl wont straight up tell her feelings to you if you ask. she will just show it to you...some girls like to write love letters..some girls like to stare and giggle..some girls will always seem to be where ever you go..

 You know for sure if a girl is attracted to you by her actions. If you are getting long eye contact and smiles is always a good sign. If they are going out of there way to touch you, or laugh at what you say even if what you said is not even funny.
Like Anonymous says, you don't ask you don't get.
