 Sounds to me you stay in the marriage out of fear for the unknown and maybe the security your husband provides. Take a break from both men and see what you really want as neither of these men are suitable for you.

Very hard but yes you must get rid of your lover who as I'm sure you realise is only using you for sex! You need perhaps to try and save your marriage if that is possible. Clear cut but not easy.
