I will humbly add my opinion here if I may because I, like you ladies, LOVE to give oral on a woman.
Yes, use all of the techniques given. You could also bring your hands and fingers into play. Rub around the outer lips while licking her clit. Try fingering and licking at the same time. Theres also her G-spot, massaging that while licking can cause huge orgasms in my experience. I also have a personal favorite which is to gently suck her clit into my mouth and tongue it. Its a somewhat difficult task at first and sometimes it over stimulates her but its alot of fun. I think that oral shouldnt be limited to just using your mouth.
