Well if she really liked you then she would call you or write you a letter, but if you want to write her a letter then just simply say that you want to meet her in a certain area and just talk to her and ask her how she feels about you at the moment. Somtimes girls just need some time alone or with someone else. Good luck and plese rate my answer.

 Best thing you can do is write to her and include a stamped addressed envelope.
But whatever you write, get an adult to check your spelling. Otherwise, if you're not careful, she won't understand what you've written.
