All I want to do at the moment is burst into tears and curl up into a ball and cry. To be honest I don't know why I feel like this. I guess I've had a heck of alot on my plate at the moment and as I've started to slow down and things have become less hectic, I've been really emotional.

My mother has been seriously ill and I've had to be there for her and look after her all by myself and to be strong for her. She has talked to me about her dying and what I should do if (God forbid) it should happen.

I've been ill myself for the past 5 days with the flu and just kept going all week with a high temperature, blazing headache and very sore throat. I've has the first of my AS exams today and I'm very stressed about those, as nowadays they matter so much towards everything - to A levels, unis, jobs etc etc

I'm so tired as well, I try to go to bed early but I either have nightmares or I lie there tossing and turning. I worry about all my school work, as I write this I have another two hours of work to do (at the very least).

There is also the possibility that my closest friend may be leaving school to go abroad. I know that it's the best thing for her, but it kills me to think that shes going away. Two of my friends also have eating disorders, and another of my friends self harm. So I'm trying to deal with all of that.

I have AS exams in two weeks and I'm really really worried about them as I mucked up my GCSE's and I cannot afford to do the same this time around.

The thought of all of this is just too much, its all I can do now to stop the tears pouring down my face as I write this...

hello hunni,

STRESS is a big problem you need to try to ease everything off, and think about 1 thing at a time, try to get the skule work out of the way quickly or do it in small parts, i no its horrible for somebody to move away, because my dad moved to florida today i was crying so hard, its a pain i cant explain, but i get through it by thinking that they are going a away for a little while and also reasure myself that there will be a time i can see them again it will just take a lot of being calm try taking your mind of it STRESS can cause severe migraines so try to rest as much as possible sleep is a key thing in a situation like stress, it also helps you may feel like you need to do something but you cant get you head around what it is, all you need to do is take you mind off it try going for a quiet walk usually walking to a hill and looking down on something like houses because it makes u think that everything in the world doesnt matter for a moment i know a website that may help you wwith this www.healthmad.com

this may help also try to be there for the things thats most important for you this im guessing is your mother ask her if she needs anything MAKE SURE YOU GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK then you can think about other people hun i wish you luck and im sorry if my advice doesnt help you
