ok so i need help getting out of my own shell. my problem is pretty simple, i've mostly lost my ability to approach girls that im interested in. i used to have no problem going after what i wanted but my last relationship ended very badly and since then it hasnt been the same. if anybody has ideas for how to get back on my feet and start and sustain interesting conversations it would be greatly appreciated, i havent had anything relationship oriented in my life for almost a year and a half and i'm sick of it. thanks a ton!

Firstly it happens to us all. We take a knock and feel like we will never recover but we done. It's all about self confidence and even if you are lacking it put on a front be brave grab the bull by the horns so to speak. Find a girl you like talk to her like a friend build your confidence that way. Don't take rejection to heart people like different things you would by a pair of jeans if they didn't fit! Just get back out there. If you don't try you can't fail good luck I know you can do it.
